What does the word "Kawaii" mean to you?

Hello! This is my first post ever! I want to ask you, what does Kawaii (cute in Japanese) mean to you? To me, it means big eyes, like those anime charecters and those pugs and cats, and it should strike my heart chord so it feels like it's going to burst for no good reason!

I think Kawaiiness must make your heart feel like it's going to explode with excitement and happiness! Like this picture of a cloud puff! Eeek! So cute! I mean, look at its big eyes, and fluffyness, and cute smile, and chubby cheeks!! *Faints because of the pure Kawaiiness*....*Ahem!* Either way, what does Kawaiiness mean to you?
